Description

Our Nashville rehab programs & addiction treatment center provide flexible and accessible options, combining counseling, therapy, and support groups to help individuals overcome substance abuse or dual diagnosis disorders while maintaining their daily responsibilities. 

• Provides leadership as the operational “face” of the facility for all constituents, including clients, staff, family members, and providers.
• Directly supervises all behavioral health staff, including formal and informal supervision, in coordination with the other directors.
• Assists the clinical team with admissions. Works collaboratively with the clinical team to provide client support and care in the milieu.
• Assists clients and staff with day-to-day operations, including planning activities and special events.
• Performs or delegates responsibilities such as responding to inquiries, providing supplies for staff, inventory, coordinating maintenance of equipment and vehicles, and arranging coordination of care with providers.
• Work effectively under pressure and temporary increases to workload.
• Strong knowledge of regulations effecting the delivery of behavioral health services, including applicable ethical codes

• Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software a must. Experience with the EMR system software/databases preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and timely follow-up to manage complex tasks.
• Solid communication (written and oral), collaboration and intervention skills
• Able to resolve conflicts effectively and respectfully.
• Able to balance competing demands and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Three to five years of operations management experience
